Insight Global CX Analyst in Sunnyvale, California

Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a CX Analyst for a leader in the social media and AR/VR industry. You will b a part of their Customer Analytics team and will be responsible for translating customer feedback into actionable insights to drive operational improvements. You will work with cross-functional partners to gather requirements and create reports/dashboards. You will be synthesizing customer experience surveys with other transactional and operational data sources across customer journeys to proactively identify customer pain points and areas of opportunity. Responsibilities include:

  • Translating the customer experience survey (e.g. NPS, CSAT)

  • Monitoring customer feedback to identify emerging trends and issues

  • Design and build insight-driven tools, reports and dashboards that provide real-time and easy access to customer feedback across the organization

Skills and Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Statistics and/or Business Analytics

  • Must be able to build out dashboards in Tableau

  • Strong statistical knowledge with experience in hypothesis testing, regression analysis, T-tests, Pi2 test, etc.

  • Expertise in SQL

  • Experience working with customer experience, survey or customer support data and creating visualizations in PowerPoint

  • Heavy experience working with survey data (NPS, CSAT) and feedback, Customer Experience and/or Voice of Customer metrics - Data Science background

  • Python

  • Modeling/forecasting null
