Job Description

Insight Global is looking for an Application Architect to support our India-based AI Software client. You will architect and write scalable and high-quality code, perform code reviews and effectively manage the technical debt, and manage and drive complex technical projects from the planning stage through execution. You will also successfully manage the daily challenges of a technical environment and guide the team in resolving technical issues, enforce a test-driven approach in the team through peer code reviews and automated test cases, and provide leadership and mentor a group of engineers in an innovative and fast-paced environment.

Skills and Requirements

Have relevant work experience of 9 to 14 years with a minimum of 5+ years of experience in advanced technical positions (Software design, architecture, scalability, availability, security, etc,)

Have extensive knowledge of MongoDB, Express.js, Node.js, and common Java libraries and frameworks. Proven experience in implementing design patterns and using best design practices like SOLID is a must.

Exposure to Kafka, Elastic Search, Azure Cloud, Ubuntu.

Have experience with Micro Services including REST/SOAP services.

Strong proven skills in collaborating with multiple teams and providing technical leadership. Good inter-personal skills. Should be a good team player.

Articulate and should be able to express ideas and issues without inhibitions

Able to grasp functional aspects well (quickly and with minimal guidance)

Passionate about owning the solutions and getting things done through out-of-box thinking.

Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies & tools.

Domain knowledge of SaaS products in the BFSI space is desired but not mandatory. null
