Insight Global is hiring an experienced and driven Operations Analyst or Manager to join one of their clients in the financial services industry. This is a permanent, direct placement opportunity located in Sunny Isles Beach, FL (Miami). This resource will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing daily operations to ensure smooth functioning of all departments in order to contribute to growth and success of the organization. Operations management

 Strong communication and interpersonal skills

 Cross collaboration with teams to improve processes

 Client relationship management

 Ability to assess financial risk (financial analysis and risk assessment)

 Data management utilizing CRM system

 Microsoft Office 365 Bachelors degree

 CRM experience (will be trained on internal systems/proprietary CRM)

 Financial services industry experience null
