Central Susquehanna Opportunities Inc. Unemployment Compensation Navigator in Sunbury, Pennsylvania
Central Susquehanna Opportunities, Inc. (CSO) an innovative non-profit, has a temporary full-time opening for an Unemployment Compensation (UC) Navigator to provide services to individuals applying for UC Benefits in Centre, Clinton, Columbia, Lycoming, Mifflin, Montour, Northumberland, Snyder and Union counties. The goal of this position is to provide information and technical support to individuals who are applying for UC benefits. This position will also coordinate outreach events to promote increased community awareness of the UC application process. Applicants must be able to serve customers in group and individual settings. These positions will be home based with frequent travel in the nine-county area. Strong project management, customer service and computer skills required. E.O.E. CSO is seeking applicants who have relevant work experience or education in the workforce development, human services or education fields.
This position will run until approximately March/2025.
