Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Receptionist in Sun Valley, California. You will be joining an entertainment production company where you will be expected to manage the reception area, direct calls, and assist visitors. This role is based on-site in Sun Valley and has a typical working schedule of 8 hours from Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department.

• Greet, welcome, and direct visitors appropriately within the premises.

• Notify company personnel upon the arrival of visitors.

• Maintain security and telecommunications system in order to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.

• Answer or refer inquiries from visitors to maintain a high level of customer service.

• Direct visitors by maintaining employee and department directories.

• Keep the reception area safe and clean by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.

• Support continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.

• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

• Handle both inbound and outbound calls as part of receptionist duties. Requirements • Proficiency in handling inbound and outbound calls

• Previous experience in receptionist duties or similar roles

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

• Knowledge of basic office equipment and procedures

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with office software

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

• Good problem-solving skills and ability to handle stressful situations

• Professional demeanor and positive attitude

• Commitment to providing excellent customer service

• Flexibility to adapt to changes in procedures or job duties

• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
