JOB REQUIREMENTS: The Supply & Maintenance Technician is responsible for significant projects including but not limited to remodeling, plumbing, relocating workspaces, painting, landscaping, etc., on a regular basis. This position maintains buildings and grounds appearance, mechanical functions and electrical operations. The Supply & Maintenance Technician performs supply stocking and courier deliveries. This position requires some heavy lifting that includes but is not limited to office furniture, boxes of paper, hauling trees, etc. The Supply & Maintenance Technician requires advanced knowledge in the areas of electrical, plumbing, HVAC and building construction in order to perform essential functions of this role. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Maintains locations by: Performing significant project work that includes but is not limited to remodeling, plumbing, relocating workspaces, painting, and landscaping Evaluating issues that arise to determine if issue can be fixed internally based on time and abilities, or if it needs to be contracted upon approval for areas such as: electrical, plumbing, structural, HVAC, roof, sewer, door replacement, cement/asphalt patching Providing maintenance work at all bank locations, such as: Changing light bulbs and tubes (inside and outside of the bank buildings) Replacing worn carpet squares and ceiling tiles, water filters, Performing various maintenance and repairs on bank buildings and property Cleaning parking lots as necessary, drive-up cameras / lanes, Kiosks, garage and other messes as required Checking function of exit signs and replace/repair Painting Keeping storage areas organized Trimming tree and weed growth Overseeing flag poles by ordering/replacing flags when needed at all locations Cleaning and handling trash / recyclables collection by: Recycling florescent bulbs, old computers, etc. as required Cleaning out trash receptacles located by bank doors (exterior) Cleaning office floors as requested (note: a janitorial service does normal/regular cleaning of bank buildings) Removing litter from exteriors of bank buildings, parking lots, sidewalk areas and lobby Arranging for junk (metal) pickup Overseeing maintenance of bank vehicle that includes: Keeping vehicle clean Filling vehicle with gas Performing regular maintenance (oil changes, belt / fluid level checks, tire rotation / replacement, alignments, repairs, etc.) Managing vendor contracts by seeking proposals, comparing proposals and checking references to determine final recommended vendor for snow plowing, snow shoveling, lawn mowing, and other building and grounds...
