Aerotek is looking for several qualified Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician for a great family owned company in Florence, SC paying $28-$35+/hr to start with great pay advancement opportunities into the mid $40s/hr.

Looking for candidates for all shifts listed below. *Will be required to work every other weekend

Shifts Available (Urgent need on 3rd shift):

1st - 5:00am-2:30pm Monday-Friday

2nd – 2:00pm-11:30pm Monday-Friday

3rd - 11:00pm-8:30am Monday-Friday

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician with strong mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic aptitude to join our fast-paced production environment. The ideal candidate will have experience with motor replacement (480V) and a proven ability to keep production equipment operating efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

-Perform maintenance and repairs on mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

-Replace and troubleshoot motors (480V).

-Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on production equipment.

-Diagnose and resolve equipment malfunctions to minimize downtime.

-Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to company safety standards.

-Work collaboratively with the production team to ensure equipment is functioning optimally.

-Respond to emergency maintenance requests during scheduled shifts.

Qualifications:

-Proven experience in a fast-paced production environment.

-Strong mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic troubleshooting skills.

-Proficiency in replacing and maintaining 480V motors.

-Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.

-Flexibility to work rotating weekends and varying shifts as needed.
