Manufacturing Assistant - Day Shift

Job Description

Seeking a dedicated Manufacturing Assistant to assist across various departments, operating equipment like Hydraulic Presses, Waterjets, Punch Presses, and CNC machines. Responsibilities include deburring parts using handheld tools and grinders, inspecting products per customer requirements, maintaining production levels, ensuring a clean work environment, and performing equipment maintenance. This entry-level position in aerospace manufacturing offers a unique opportunity to train through different departments, helping to discover and enhance your strengths in the field.

Hard Skills

• Experience with CNC machines (preferred)

• Ability to operate Hydraulic Presses, Waterjets, Punch Presses

• Proficiency in using handheld tools and grinders for deburring

Soft Skills

• Mechanical aptitude

• Willingness to learn and adapt

• Strong attendance and reliability

• Ability to maintain cleanliness and order

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 90 Day(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Sumner, Washington.
