Description We are in search of a Database Analyst to join our team in Woodbridge, New Jersey. In this role, you will be tasked with managing and analyzing substantial datasets, crafting informative reports and dashboards, and utilizing your findings to drive business strategy and process optimization. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the collection of data from diverse sources such as databases, APIs, and third-party tools

• Ensure the accuracy and consistency of data by cleaning, preprocessing, and validating it

• Utilize various statistical methods, tools, and techniques to analyze data and uncover significant trends and patterns

• Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics that align with business objectives

• Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations to effectively communicate data insights to stakeholders

• Leverage tools like Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms to communicate findings

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to comprehend their data needs and challenges and provide solutions

• Provide recommendations based on data-driven insights to enhance processes and outcomes

• Uphold compliance with organizational and regulatory data privacy standards

• Maintain and manage data documentation and workflows for future reference Requirements • Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools is required.

• Familiarity with various Database Objects and their functions is essential.

• Ability to comprehend and work with different Database Systems.

• Experience with DB2 Database is highly desirable.

• Proficiency in various Microsoft tools and applications is necessary.

• Prior experience with AB Testing is a plus.

• Knowledge of different Backup Technologies is required.

• Solid background in Business Intelligence (BI) is highly desirable.
