SENIOR RECRUITER AT PRIMEFLIGHT

Our Senior Recruiter is responsible for leading full-cycle recruiting for our corporate and field leadership openings. Your primary responsibilities include sourcing, screening, scheduling qualified candidates for interviews, and facilitating the onboarding process. You will also collaborate with hiring managers, including senior level leaders, to develop tailored talent acquisition strategies and build a robust pipeline of qualified candidates. This position requires a proactive, innovative mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking opportunities

  • Oversee full cycle recruiting for our corporate and field leadership positions

  • Conduct high volume, repetitive daily touch points with candidates through various communication channels including calls, e-Mail and texting

  • Schedule and coordinate hiring activities including interviews, assessments, hiring events and clearances

  • Extend job offers and facilitate the onboarding process of new hires

  • Promote PrimeFlight Aviation as an employer of choice by highlighting our culture, values, and opportunity for growth

  • Ensure all required processes comply with relevant employment laws and regulations and have the highest degree of accuracy

  • Create requisitions and post job ads on various job boards, hiring platforms, and forums

  • Collaborate with hiring managers through Strategic Intake Meetings (SIM) to understand staffing needs and execute a plan for success

  • Handle communications with a wide variety of candidates with accuracy

  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future positions

  • Manage applicant tracking systems (ATS) to ensure accurate and organized candidate records

  • Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition

  • Work in an office and operational environment

  • May be assigned other duties as required

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 18 years of age or older

  • Eligible to work in the United States

  • Ability to work in office, onsite, Monday-Friday

  • Bilingual in English/Spanish a plus

  • 3 to 5 years recruiting experience required

  • Proficiency in UKG experience a plus

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Certification in HR or recruiting (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, or AIRS).

  • Experience in high-volume and leadership recruiting

  • Must maintain a high degree of confidentiality

  • Intermediate knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Professional demeanor, able to communicate effectively

  • Excellent dependability and attendance

  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language, to include documents

  • Ability to work independently and carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form

  • Travel requirement >10%

  • Pass a background check and drug screen

The pay rate listed on this post is what the company reasonably expects to pay for this position. However, individual compensation may vary based on factors including qualifications, skills, competencies, education, and experience.
