Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Job Description

The Administrative Assistant will support the executive team by managing various special projects that require meticulous attention to detail to ensure successful completion. Sample projects include creating a system or database to store information needed for an upcoming audit.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive support to the executive team on various special projects.

  • Develop and maintain a system or database to store information for audits and other purposes.

  • Ensure all projects are completed with meticulous attention to detail.

  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.

  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

  • Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and office management.

Hard Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

  • Experience with reporting and documentation review

Soft Skills

  • Meticulous attention to detail

  • Discretion and professionalism

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Ability to work independently
