Who are we looking for?
Dealership Service Manager Experience-Required
Subaru experience, a plus
NPS focused
CDK experience, preferred
Experience growing and managing a team
Excellent communication skills
Computer proficiency
Ability to recruit, hire and train technicians and service advisors
Professional references to verify experience
Valid Driver’s License with acceptable driving record

The estimated annual earning range for this position is ($120,000.00 to $160,000.00), which includes commissions on (Commissions –Ex: “Individual Sales and/or Individual Gross Profit”, “Department Net”) and/or bonus opportunities such as (Bonuses –Ex: “Parts Gross Achievement, Manufacturer Approvability”).Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location.
