Das erwartet Sie

• Internationale Kundenbetreuung im Vertriebsinnendienst für EU und Drittländer

• Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen, -aufträgen und -angeboten in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den entsprechenden internen Abteilungen, z.B. Verkauf, Beschaffung, Logistik, Finanzabteilung

• Bearbeitung der Versanddokumentation

• Retouren- / Reklamationsabwicklung

• Überwachung der Zahlungsabwicklung

• Unterstützung bei der internen Analyse, Optimierung und Einführung von Geschäftsprozessen mit Schnittstelle Kundenservice

• Aktive Mitwirkung an Projekten, zukunftsorientierte Gestaltung der Prozess- und Organisationsstrukturen

Damit überzeugen Sie uns

• Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (Groß- und Außenhandelskaufleute, Speditionskaufleute)

• ca. 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Tätigkeit

• Ausgeprägtes Verständnis und Interesse an operativen Systemen und Abläufen

• Kenntnisse in der Gestaltung und Optimierung von Aufbau- und Ablauforganisationen

• Erfahrung im Kundenservice vorzugsweise in Export und Logistik eines Industrie- oder Großhandelsunternehmens

• Versierter Umgang mit ERP-Systemen (vorzugsweise SAP) und MS-Office-Anwendungen

• Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und Englisch, weitere Fremdsprache von Vorteil

• Verbindliche und klare Kommunikation im Austausch mit internen und externen Schnittstellen

• Selbstständige, zielgerichtete, analytische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
