Temporary / Seasonal Time Period 4/01/25 to 12/15/25
We are a row crop farming operation. We primarily grow rice and soybeans. Our equipment primarily consists of late model equipment comprising of both John Deere and Case machines. Job duties may include and are not limited to tasks such as: attach/detach implements; be able to handle working in high humidity; clean work areas; direct and monitor work during planting and harvesting; inform farm managers of plants or crops progress; load and unload materials and commodities; load inputs and\ drive trucks to transport to fields; maintain grounds and landscaping; mix materials, dump solutions or seeds into planter, spreader, sprayer type machinery; record information about crops; repair and maintain farm vehicles, implements, and mechanical equipment; repair farm buildings, fences, and other structures; tilling soil, transplanting, weeding, thinning, pruning crops; use hand tools such as wrenches, crow bars, air tools, electric tools; work in extreme temperatures. Equipment such as but not limited to the following will be used/operated by the workers in conjunction with the duties being performed: bins, silos, loading and unloading facilities, combines or other harvesting equipment, grain carts, forklift, irrigation equipment, mowers and other landscaping equipment, planters, sprayers, tillage equipment, tractor/trailer combinations, tractors. The workers will be performing the duties to\ help produce rice, soybeans.
