ManpowerGroup Manufacturing Production Helper in Sturtevant, Wisconsin
Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Manufacturing Production Helper to join their team. As a Manufacturing Production Helper, you will be part of a dynamic assembly team supporting various projects. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and a keen attention to detail which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Manufacturing Production Helper
Location: Sturtevant, WI
Pay Range: $14.75 - $16.50 Depending on Shift
Shifts: 1st (7am-3pm), 2nd (3pm-11pm), 3rd (11pm-7am), 12 Hr (7am-7pm, 7pm-7am)
What's the Job?
Work as part of a team having responsibility for assembling an entire product or component of a product.
Participate in all tasks conducted by the team in the assembly process.
Rotate through all or most tasks rather than being assigned to a specific task on a permanent basis.
Contribute to making management decisions affecting the work.
Support team leaders in achieving production goals.

No prior experience required; we welcome entry-level candidates.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Willingness to learn and adapt to various tasks.
Good communication skills to effectively work with team members.
