Job Title: 1st shift CNC Maintenance Technician

Job Description

Under the direction of the General Manager, this position repairs and maintains machinery and mechanical equipment, heating systems, plumbing systems, electrical systems, pneumatic tools, welding equipment, power material moving equipment, and all other equipment used in the manufacturing process. This role is a single-person department responsible for implementing a preventative maintenance program, all machine maintenance (CNC, plasma tables, saws, robotic welders), and basic building maintenance (sinks, desks, shelving, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Manager preventative maintenance program.

• Perform machine maintenance on CNC, plasma tables, saws, and robotic welders.

• Conduct basic building maintenance such as repairing sinks, desks, and shelving.

• Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems.

• Maintain electrical systems and pneumatic tools.

• Repair and maintain welding equipment and power material moving equipment.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a maintenance technician performing repairs on CNC equipment.

• 3+ years of experience performing preventative maintenance on production equipment.

• 3+ years of experience with hydraulics and pneumatics.

Work Environment

This position operates on the 1st shift from Monday to Friday, 7am-3:30pm. The work environment is a well-lit and clean metal fabrication and machining setting, where you will be the sole maintenance team member.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of STURTEVANT, Wisconsin.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $72800.00

Health insurance is offered through HealthEZ’s Aetna provider network. Coverage eligibility is

the first of the month following date of hire. Employees contribute a portion through pre-tax payroll deductions and

the Company contributes the remaining amount.
