About the role

Full time, onsite position.

Rate - $28 to $32 per hour

The Casting and Recruiting Coordinator will be responsible for:

• Recruiting subjects to participate in clinical testing and media content creation.

• Facilitates recruitment of participants in compliance with study protocol and criteria.

• Fosters positive, reciprocal relationships between participants and the company.

• Works with a team of recruiters on simultaneous ongoing studies

Responsibilities

The Casting and Recruiting Coordinator has the following duties:

• Screen potential participants for study eligibility based on inclusion/exclusion criteria.

• Help to grow the participant database using social media and referral program.

• Track and schedule participants from recruitment to close of study.

• Use a CRM database to manage participant data and contact potential candidates.

• Maintain communal spreadsheets to select current and accurate information and keep up to date notes on participants.

• Meets hard recruitment deadlines and adapting to schedule changes.

• Control documents/records under your responsibility.

• Implement disposal action and/or corrective/preventive action.

Candidate should have at least 2 years of recruiting experience.
