Job Title: Project Estimator

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Estimator to join our team in East Stroudsburg. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately estimating project costs and ensuring the successful completion of projects. Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and timely project estimates

• Analyze project specifications and requirements

• Collaborate with project managers and other team members

• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our estimating processes

Essential Skills

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project estimation

• Experience using HCSS

• Experience bidding mass excavation, trenching, demolition, paving, and utility work

• Proficiency in AGTEK for take-off (preferred)

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Must have excavation estimation experience

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

• Experience with blueprint reading

Work Environment

Office environment. You will work with a team of one other Estimator and will have your own office. You will work directly under the owner. The hours are Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 4 PM. The dress code is business casual.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $43.00 - $53.00
