SAP GRC Security Business Analyst As the SAP GRC Security Business Analyst, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining SAP GRC solutions to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, enhance security controls, and streamline business processes within our organization. Responsibilities Implementation and Configuration - Deploy and configure SAP GRC modules (Access Control, Process Control, Risk Management) based on business requirements and best practices. Risk and Compliance Management - Conduct risk assessments, develop mitigation strategies, and monitor compliance with internal policies and external regulations. Security and Access Control - Manage user access controls, roles, and permissions within SAP systems to enforce segregation of duties (SoD) and least privilege principles. Audit and Monitoring - Collaborate with audit teams to facilitate audits, provide evidence of compliance, and address audit findings promptly. Process Improvement - Identify opportunities to optimize business processes through SAP GRC tools, workflows, and automation. Training and Support - Provide training to end users on SAP GRC functionalities and support ongoing system enhancements and maintenance. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field. Proven experience (5+ years) as an SAP GRC Security Business Analyst or similar role in implementing and maintaining SAP GRC solutions. In-depth knowledge of SAP GRC modules such as Access Control, Process Control, and Risk Management. Strong understanding of SAP security concepts, role design, and authorization management. Ability to conduct risk assessments, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Flexibility to support other IT workstreams i.e. Procurement to Pay [PTP] as appropriate. This will include the ability to review, analyze and provide recommendations to complex issues and when necessary, provide prototype of new solutions, process enablers and drive process transformations. Lead workstream projects and develop functional specifications, test plans and scenarios, and training materials as needed. Proficient in working closely with the users Globally to develop acceptance test scenarios and test data to execute the scenarios for all Procurement to Pay [P2P] system changes and integrations with other workstreams. Preferred Qualifications SAP certification in GRC (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP BusinessObjects Access Control). Experience with SAP S/4HANA and SAP security administration. Familiarity with IT governance frameworks (e.g., COBIT, ITIL) and regulatory standards (e.g., SOX, GDPR).
