Job Description:

• The main function of an organizational change specialist is to assist in one or more consulting engagement modules to understand, analyze, and recommend organizational change solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Supports one or more larger change initiatives.

• Works closely with clients to define the business problem, issues and planned approach for one or more organizational change components.

• Deploys change tools to drive adoption of new behaviors.

• Supports definition of change plan milestones and deliverables and manages assignments to completion.

• Supports accomplishment of organizational change solution and ensures achievement of benefits.

• Documents and produces organizational change work including change readiness, input to communication development, input to talent management processes, input to leadership and ownership, learning/training, and change implementation and reinforcement plan.

• Helps define, track and communicate progress against behavioral adoption and sustainment success measures.

• Manages issues and risks, tracking escalation and resolution.

Experience:

• Experience in change management in a consulting environment.

• Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills.

• Strong technical skills (e.g., Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Visio.)

• Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning and resource allocation.

Education:

• Required Education: H.S. diploma or equivalent. Preferred: Bachelor's degree in business, management, HR, MIS, operations or related field.

• Formal education or certification in one or more disciplines (project management, change management, business analysis, or business process re-engineering.)

• 5-7 years’ experience.

Must Have Technical Skills:

• ProSci certification

• MS Office Suite

• Public Speaking
