We are looking for energetic and experienced loan administrators to join our Customer Care Loan Origination Call Center team. We want candidates who are passionate about helping others and embrace our values of love, trust, respect, commitment to excellence, and fun. We have a comprehensive training program to assist our associates in their career growth.Our loan administrators are not on commission, which allows them to focus on what is best for the customer. Applicants must possess excellent communication skills, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and work well in a team-based setting.

Positions are located at our Customer Care Strongsville location, 18094 Royalton Road, Strongsville, Ohio 44136 or Corporate Campus location, 7007 Broadway Avenue, Cleveland, OH 44105.

Requirements:

- - Minimum of one year recent experience taking financial loan applications in a retail banking environment

``` - - Outstanding customer service skills

``` - - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including professional grammar

``` - - Strong ability to understand the customers needs

``` - - Ability to learn new programs quickly - Mortgage Software experience preferred

``` - - High School diploma or equivalent

``` - - Experience following loan applications from origination through closing is a plus

``` - - Call Center experience a plus

``` - - Bilingual language skills are a plus
