Senior Manager, Brand Planning & Operations - Timberland
What will you do?
You will oversee the execution of the global brand integrated seasonal marketing plan, budget management and content development; manage cross-functional work to ensure regional commercial requirements are met; facilitate contract management with vendors and talent; and own continual process improvements.

What you will do :
Operational Efficiency - Oversee and optimize marketing operations, ensuring efficient workflows (particularly across the creative development process). Own continual process improvements to improve quality, timing and effectiveness.
Cross-Functional Coordination - Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives and campaigns.
Budget Management – Manage working media budget roll ups globally across regions, and directly manage non-working media budget and roll ups.
Resource Management - Direct resource management (capacity, traffic, and production planning) to deliver the global brand integrated seasonal marketing plan to ensure on-time and complete delivery of regional commercial needs.
Contract Management - Manage vendor contracts (excluding athletes and high-profile partnerships).
How you will do it :
Establish firm commitments between Global and Regional leads
Manage smooth hand offs between brand and commercial teams
Lead on-time-delivery, in full of creative toolkit for commercial activation
Drive and project manage integrated creative briefing with brand management leader
Ensure regional marketing leaders have the right inputs provided at the right time and handover is on timelines as needed
Coordinate with the Creative Director for project and calendar management
What do you need to succeed?

Additionally, while formal education in a related field is great to have, we are most interested in your 8+ years of experience and professional achievements.

Project management (ability to oversee and coordinate complex, multichannel integrated plans)
Process discipline (ability to drive a provide to deliver outcomes of a high quality on time)
Structure and organizational competencies
Collaboration and communication expertise
Experience designing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns at global or regional levels
Involvement in seasonal marketing efforts with planning, scheduling and evaluation
Ability to manage and optimize large marketing budgets
Experience leading complex, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders across geographies
Experience managing vendors, agencies and partners
Background overseeing development of marketing content including video, social media, print and digital assets

Hiring Range :
$116,000.00 USD - $145,000.00 USD annually
Incentive Potential : This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential. Specific details of the additional compensation eligibility for this position will be provided during the recruiting and interview process.
