Job Title: Production Packer

Job Description

Candidates will package food products. They will ensure the environment around them is clean and safe to operate within. They place the bottles of sauce into boxes and put those boxes on a conveyor belt which will then start to palletize.

Responsibilities include:

1. Following the Standard Operating Procedures

2. Adhering to Food Safety and Quality (FSQ) guidelines for Good Manufacturing Procedures

3. Maintaining good housekeeping of the work area.

Hard Skills

• Lift up to 25-50 pounds

• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, fractions)

• Packaging

Soft Skills

• Attention to detail

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

• Maintain a positive attitude

• Legible writing skills

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Stoughton, Wisconsin.

Work Environment

Shift times:

• 1st shift: 7:00am-3:00pm M-F

• 2nd shift: 3:00pm-11:00pm M-F

• 3rd shift: 11:00pm-7:00am S-Th

GMP requirements: Hair net, beard net, nonslip shoes or hard-toed shoes. Note: If you're on the 3rd shift, you will also need to be comfortable working with chemicals as you'll be sanitizing for half of the shift.
