Soybean Plant Superintendent- 110k/yr and up
We are seeking an experienced and proven leader to oversee all operations of our plant. In this role, you will have access to a full benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance through Cigna. Responsibilities :
Maintain communication with all areas of the plant
Provide direct supervision of shift team leaders and departments
Provide performance reviews and feedback to department leaders
Follow and support all company policies and procedures
Understand and support all plant operations
Ensure plant compliance and operating procedures are being followed
Create and implement standard operating procedures (SOP)
Maintain documents such as daily logs, transfer sheets, PM's, permits, and other documents needed
Work closely with maintenance department for essential operation of the plant
Issue proper permits such as confined space permits, hot work permits, and lockout permits
Ensure overall success of the plant by providing leadership in accordance with the company
Hours:
Monday Through Friday
7:30am-4:00 PM
Rotating on call leadership
Pay :
- $110-130k/year
Requirements :
AA, Bachelor's, or Technical degree
Minimum of 3 years of oilseed experience
Minimum of 2 years in a leadership role
