Maintenance Mechanic

We are seeking an experience worker to join our maintenance team. In this role, you will have access to a full benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance through Cigna. There will also be a 401k plan with up to a 4% match (eligible after 90 days). Work for a company that values its employees and allows a great opportunity for advancement.

Responsibilities :

• Plan and schedule production maintenance, fulfilling all work order in a timely manner

• Maintain, test and service boilers as needed

• Perform routine mechanical maintenance on electrical areas including motors, pumps, and other electrical duties

• Document daily maintenance activities and monthly checklists

• Troubleshoot and diagnose maintenance issues

• Program PLC's, troubleshoot and calibrate maintenance issues

• 3-phase wiring and 24v/480v maintenance

• Keep correct inventory of parts, tools. and other equipment

Hours :

• Monday Through Friday

• 7:30am-3:30pm

Pay :

• $30-$40/hr DOE

Requirements :

• Minimum of 1 year of electrical or instrumentation experience

• Ability to read and understand blueprints and drawings

• 3-phase wiring/24v/480v electrical experience

Skills :

• Mechanical maintenance

• Electrical maintenance - including 24v and 480v, as well as 3-phase wiring

• Blueprint reading

• PLC programming

• Calibration

• Troubleshooting

• Hydraulics
