Manufacturing Associate Opportunity! Our client, a top employer in Newton, is in search of a stacker packer associate to bolster their team.

Job Title: Manufacturing Associate

Location: Newton, NC

Pay Range: $17-$18 starting pay

Shift: 12 hour shifts 2-3-2 Day and Night Shifts available

What’s the Job?

• Execute efficient loading, unloading, and movement of materials, ensuring timely delivery to designated areas.

• Maintain meticulous inventory records through regular cycle counts and reconciliations.

• Assist in the packaging and labeling of materials for seamless shipment in accordance with established protocols.

• Uphold strict adherence to safety guidelines and procedures to promote a secure working environment.

What’s Needed?

• Must be physically capable of lifting 20-50 pounds repeatedly during a 12 hour shift.

• Clean background

• Proficient in operating various warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks.

• Good computer skills.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a collaborative team setting.
