VG Meats is looking for Home Delivery Drivers who are independent contractors in Stoney Creek, ON!
The Home Delivery Drivers will be presented with routes to make daily and afternoon deliveries from the store to customers and may collect and/or deliver items to and from various facilities.
The Home Delivery Drivers will be responsible for making daily and afternoon deliveries from the store to customers, with the potential to also collect and deliver items from various facilities. The role offers the flexibility to choose routes that suit the driver's lifestyle and the opportunity to build their own business.
To succeed in this position, candidates should have strong communication, attention to detail skills, and a clean driver's abstract. While prior delivery experience is preferred, VG Meats will also consider applicants with transferable skills.
Requirements/Qualifications/Duties/Responsibilities:
Effective communication and attention to detail are keys to success
Potential candidates need to be aware of the importance of delivering time and temperature-sensitive products and be diligent concerning the cleanliness of their vehicle
Positive attitude and attention to detail
Verbal and written communication skills (English)
Clean Driver's Abstract
