Job Title: Parts and Inventory Specialist

Job Description

The Parts and Inventory Specialist will be responsible for pulling parts, managing inventory, and tracking purchase orders. This role involves working closely with the shop manager and technicians to ensure all parts are available to complete jobs efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Pull parts and manage inventory.

• Track and manage purchase orders.

• Collaborate with the shop manager and technicians to ensure parts availability.

• Perform shipping and receiving duties.

• Conduct cycle counts and inventory management tasks.

• Utilize computer skills for data entry and inventory tracking.

• Operate a forklift, if experienced.

Essential Skills

• Experience in shipping and receiving.

• Proficiency in inventory management.

• Ability to conduct cycle counts.

• Strong computer skills for data entry and inventory tracking.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Forklift experience is a plus.

• Ability to pull inventory and manage cycle counting tasks.
