Robert Half Human Resources Administrator in Stockton, California

Description We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for a Human Resources Administrator in the healthcare industry, specifically located in Stockton, California. This role will serve as a strategic partner aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated departments. As a Human Resources Administrator, you will be a consultant to management on Human Resource related issues, anticipate HR-related needs, make recommendations, and develop plans including goals and priorities.

Responsibilities: • Align business objectives with employees and management in designated departments and facilities • Serve as an evidence-based consultant to management on Human Resource related issues including employee relations, labor relations, and performance management • Handle training, policy application, and organizational development within the team • Work on workforce planning and actively participate in the ADA interactive process • Manage compensation related tasks and duties • Conduct assessments and anticipate HR-related needs within respective client groups • Proactively communicate needs to the HR department and management • Develop integrated solutions and champion for new HR initiatives and programs • Formulate partnerships across the HR team to deliver value added service to management and employees • Perform simple and repetitive tasks, maintain a work pace appropriate to given workload, and perform complex and varied tasks • Understand and remember detailed instructions, make independent decisions or exercise judgment based on appropriate information • Accept and carry out responsibility for direction, control, and planning.

• Familiarity with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode

• Experience with Ceridian and Concur software systems

• Proficient in using About Time software

• Auditing skills are essential

• Experience in conducting Background Checks

• Knowledge of Benefit Functions

• Understanding and experience in Compliance

• Must have experience in the Healthcare/NHS industry

• Experience in Human Resources Administration

• Excellent written and oral communication skills

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team

• High attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
