Robert Half Customer Service Representative in Stockton, California

Description We are searching for a proficient Customer Service Representative to become a part of our banking team in Stockton, California. In this role, the primary function will be to serve as the first point of contact for our clients, providing top-tier support and guidance regarding our credit card processing solutions, account management, and technical assistance.

Responsibilities:

• Providing prompt response to customer inquiries through various channels such as phone, email, chat, and social media. • Offering knowledgeable and accurate information about our credit card services, products, and solutions. • Assisting customers with account setup, payment processing inquiries, and troubleshooting technical issues. • Maintaining a positive and detail oriented attitude toward customers at all times. • Documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records in our CRM system. • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure a seamless experience. • Following up with customers to ensure their concerns are addressed and satisfaction is achieved. • Staying updated on industry trends and company product offerings to provide informed assistance. • Handling customer credit applications accurately and efficiently. • Maintaining accurate customer credit records.

Call for immediate consideration 209-227-1478 Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role within the banking industry • Proven experience in answering inbound calls and handling both inbound and outbound calls • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word • Track record of providing excellent customer service • Experience in a call center environment, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong data entry skills and experience in order entry • Ability to manage email correspondence professionally and efficiently • Experience in scheduling appointments and managing calendars • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle complaints or difficult situations • High school diploma or equivalent required, higher education or certifications in relevant fields are a plus • Knowledge of banking products and services is beneficial • Excellent multitasking skills and attention to detail • Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
