Job Description Summary

Join our team as Sales Manager and play a pivotal role in driving the Vascular Access Management business growth and shaping the local business strategy in alignment with regional and international strategies. You will lead the implementation of tactical sales, marketing, and operational plans, develop tools and processes to accelerate sales growth, and collaborate with the Nordic Marketing Manager to successfully implement the Nordic strategy within Sweden.

We welcome candidates from major cities across Sweden. This role involves an estimated 30-40% travel, and we offer the flexibility of remote work.

Main responsibilities will include :

  • Deliver sales and GP% targets for the local business.

  • Lead and empower team members, fostering talent development and ensuring a continuous talent flow.

  • Shape local business strategy in alignment with the overall Nordic strategy.

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to sustain sales growth.

  • Coordinate pre-tender activities and ensure professional tender management.

  • Interact with important customers and individuals involved in healthcare, such as key opinion leaders, directors of hospitals, and medical directors.

  • Conduct analytical reviews to ensure results align with strategy and expectations.

About you:

  • Minimum 7 years commercial experience in the Medical Device or Pharma industry.

  • In-depth knowledge of the local market, including legal and regulatory aspects.

  • At least 5 years experience in leading and managing sales and marketing teams successfully.

  • Demonstrated experience in tender management.

  • Strong networking skills and the ability to collaborate across functions and borders.

  • Proficiency in English and a Scandinavian language.

  • Skilled in presenting business information clearly and effectively.
