Avanade Inc. Nordics Regional Microsoft Alliance Lead in Stockholm, Sweden

As the Avanade Microsoft Alliance Leader for Nordics Region, you'll be part of one of the most exciting partnerships in the industry.

This role involves being the "face of the partnership" for Denmark, Sweden, Norway and Finland, managing the Microsoft partnership across all aspects of the business - from stakeholder alignment and relationship management to Regional Alliance Team leadership, from joint sales and go-to-market orchestration to field alignment and ongoing enablement.

You'll be responsible for executing the global alliance plan with Microsoft in the Nordics to support our growth opportunities in all channels, you'll act as a key strategic advisor to Region leadership, providing the voice to the partner and from the partner, you'll align to sales leadership to enable co-selling at scale, mobilize across Avanade, Accenture, and Microsoft to drive increased share of wallet and mindshare for Avanade services.

You'll lead with influence across your Region to consistently deliver results and impact for Avanade, and you'll be a core member of the Area and Global alliance leadership team accelerating the next phase of transformation of the Avanade Microsoft Partnership.

What you'll do

  • Manage the Microsoft relationship for the Region.

  • Lead the joint Region GTM plan development and execution.

  • Drive joint programs to grow Avanade's share of Microsoft investment.

  • Align Microsoft and Avanade stakeholders in the region, and with Accenture's Microsoft Business Unit.

  • Achieve joint scorecard metrics, including pipeline origination and GTM targets.

  • Lead the alliance relationship, working with Avanade leadership, Microsoft, and Accenture Microsoft Business Group to support growth goals.

  • Resolve escalations, align executives, and manage scorecards.

  • Oversee the Joint Alliance Plan, execution plans, and metrics.

  • Orchestrate region governance and joint ROB for predictable interlock.

  • Collaborate with Microsoft and Avanade Sales Leaders on 'sell-with' and joint GTM initiatives.

  • Manage joint account targeting and planning sessions, tracking incremental pipeline.

  • Support account planning sessions to influence and accelerate deal closure.

  • Develop and execute an enablement plan to drive partnership awareness.

  • Track and report the impact of joint activities on regional growth.

  • Influence regional alliance marketing for effective demand generation.

  • Coordinate with the global alliance team for continuous communication.

  • Relationship & political acumen - you build credibility and deep relationships internally & externally, you are a skilled negotiator and able to build consensus when needed and create win/win solutions for Avanade and Microsoft.

  • Results-focused - you have a bias for action, you aren't a 'reporter of the news's - you are known for delivering results and impact - for proactively taking accountability and driving forward.
