The team: Our team consists of 8-10 engineers and is responsible for an application for delivery of optimization services for large financial institutions. We leverage modern technologies like Python, Kotlin, React, and Typescript to build a scalable and robust platform. Software Engineer Position Profile

We are seeking a passionate and talented individual to join our innovative and forward-thinking team as a Software Engineer. Our company is at the forefront of rapid, iterative, and phased delivery, backed by cutting-edge automated testing and deployment frameworks. We believe in streamlined, autonomous, and independent teams that are optimised and supported for swift adaptability. Our commitment to clean architecture ensures maintainable, scalable, and flexible code, aligned with team structures and defined responsibilities.

We leverage a modern tech stack that includes Python, Django, and Kotlin for our backend services, React and Typescript for our frontend development, and MySQL as our database.

We also utilize a range of supporting technologies such as Redis, Cassandra, ZooKeeper, and RabbitMQ. Our infrastructure is built on open-source foundations, with Linux, Docker, and Kubernetes enabling us to deploy and manage our services efficiently in a cloud environment.

Role Overview:

As a Software Engineer, you will contribute to the success of our projects using your focus, talent, passion, and grit. We are looking for candidates who hold a Master's degree in Computer Science or have equivalent education or background, and have 0-5 years of relevant work experience. We foster an innovative culture that places a strong emphasis on exploration and prototyping. Here, failing fast is seen as a virtue, propelling technological and product improvements.
