Join our dedicated team as an Account Manager in the Stockholm area, where you will play a pivotal role in advancing healthcare solutions. This full-time position offers the opportunity to drive significant sales growth, ensuring our products reach the people who need them most. You will be part of our Medication Delivery Solutions (MDS) team, managing a diverse portfolio of products crucial to patient care, including injection and infusion therapy, regional anaesthesia, and closed medication management.

Main responsibilities will include:

  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets, ensuring alignment with national objectives.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive Account Business Plans, focusing on customer and platform strategies.

  • Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders, highlighting the value BD offers.

  • Drive customer-centric initiatives, ensuring exceptional service delivery.

  • Monitor and report competitor activities, providing insights to enhance strategic decision-making.

  • Manage CRM systems and maintain accurate, up-to-date reports to support business objectives.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer needs and market demands through strategic planning and execution.

  • Contribute to both short-term and long-term sales growth through innovative strategies and strong customer engagement.

About you:

  • Hold a degree in nursing or commercial field.

  • Successful sales experience within the healthcare industry.

  • Solid understanding of the Medical Device market, particularly in vascular access products, is highly advantageous.

  • Expertise in tender processes and consumable product sales.

  • Proficient in CRM systems, with strong computer skills.

  • Fluent in English and Swedish, with excellent communication abilities.

  • Ability to develop and implement competitive short and long-term account strategies, fostering strong customer relationships at all levels.
