This position will facilitate the work of the Administration and Finance Division of Oklahoma State University by coordinating with the administration, academic divisions and/or departments, foundation, and external vendors to issue debt on behalf of University and to ensure University compliance with all with regulations, laws, and University standards, including but not limited toIRSandSECregulations; by ensuring proper documentation of debt funded projects and compliance; by preparing financial reports and summaries to ensure documentation of debt is in compliance with regulations, laws, and University standards; as well as providing other services needed to support the Universitys mission.\ \ Career advancement opportunities exist within this office.
