JOB REQUIREMENTS: Process applications and intake of clients monitor clients and ensure they are following house rules and paying program fees work with directors and contractors to prioritize maintenance and repairs of property primary contact with the community for intake of donations, questions and information work with various agencies and other non-profits for coordination of services Establish or implement departmental policies, goals, objectives, or procedures in conjunction with board members, organization officials, or staff members. Perform personnel functions, such as selection, training, or evaluation. Plan or direct activities, such as sales promotions, that require coordination with other department managers. Implement or oversee environmental management or sustainability programs addressing issues such as recycling, conservation, or waste management.
