JOB REQUIREMENTS: Job ID: 21441 Position Title: Food Service Assistant Principal Work Location: UW-Stevens Point Central Wisconsin Environmental Station (CWES) Supervisor: Tom Quinn, Director Position Summary Under general oversight by the Food Service Manager, the Food Service Assistant is responsible for assisting with quantity food production, seasonal grilling, preparing the dining station by unloading food products and equipment needed, and cleaning food stations, carts, and pots and pans as needed. This position will assist with food preparation, service, and sanitation as directed by the supervisor. The Central Wisconsin Environmental Station is one of three field stations run by the College of Natural Resources and campus. CWES provides food service to summer campers, University of Wisconsin Stevens Point students in academic programs on-site, weekend rental groups, and an on-site charter school. Weekend and evening shifts and some holidays are required and shared with other food service employees. Schedule: Varied schedule based on needs. Evening, Weekend and Holiday hours will be required.
