JOB REQUIREMENTS: UW JOB ID: 21489 Position Title: Composability Testing Lab Specialist TTC Title and Code: Research Specialist (RE047) FTE: 100% Principal Work Location: UW-Stevens Point Main Campus Supervisor: Paul Fowler, Director Position Summary This is a hands-on, laboratory-based role using published standards and test methods to carry out a range of well-defined experiments with great accuracy and attention to detail. The role holder uses the results obtained to assess and determine the compliance of client-supplied items with national and international composability standards. Schedule: 8:00am-5:00pm, Monday-Friday, hours may vary. Anticipated Appointment Date: March, 2025 TO ENSURE CONSIDERATION: Applications received by 01/29/2025 are ensured full consideration. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 3 5 years minimum experience. Ability to manage several projects concurrently. Preferred Qualifications Experience with laboratory accreditation and certification processes. Ability to work independently. Proficiency in data analysis software, equipment troubleshooting.
