Sunset Motors Automotive Sales / Finance Assistant in Steubenville, Ohio
We are a new car automotive dealer seeking a motivated and dynamic Automotive Sales / Finance Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and providing exceptional customer service to clients looking to purchase vehicles. The ideal candidate will have the ability to build lasting relationships with customers.
Duties
- Take incoming phone calls and discern the customers automotive needs.
- Assist in gathering paperwork necessary for vehicle sales and delivery.
- Assist in maintaining the required customer satisfaction indexes.
- Prepare and process title documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain strict compliance with all titling laws and filing requirements.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Experience
- Familiarity with sales management techniques and strategies is beneficial.
- Excellent public speaking abilities to communicate effectively.
- Proficiency in using software applications related to sales management and customer relationship management (CRM).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
