As the Infrastructure / DevOps Engineer, you will Support Linux operating systems on our corporate development/test network as well as edge and cloud production environments. You will work as an integral part of a fast-paced team, a highly productive team of technical professionals who thrive on supporting the customer's mission and growth objectives. Deploy, and maintain the DevOps infrastructure for mission critical applications taking into consideration scalability, reliability, and maintainability of software systems. You will work in close collaboration with other architects, technical leads, software developers and testers, and stakeholders within Agile processes to continue the automation of the software build, configurations, and deployment processes. Install, configure, and maintain all tools needed to accomplish the following DevOps functions: source control management, continuous integration, deployment, monitoring, repository management, provisioning, release management, logging, building, testing, containerization, collaboration and security. Continue development and maintenance of the automated software build process using tools such as, but not limited to, Git/Gitlab, Docker, Jenkins, ArgoCD, Kubernetes, Nomad, and specific AWS technologies. Assist with creating project resource estimates, metrics to track completion phase, defect reports, defect prevention, development efficiency and quality. Contribute to an atmosphere of cross-functional teamwork within the organization’s agile project lifecycle.
You may need to work off hours for support and deployments if necessary.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
• 5+ years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline
• Administration experience. Additional experience may be substituted for degree
• A current TS/SCI w/ poly
• Experience with DevOps and respective tools.
• Knowledge and experience in system administration processes
• A DoD 8570-compliant certification or ability to achieve certification within 6-months of hire (A+ CE, CCNA-Security, CND, Network+ CE, SSCP, CCNA Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+ CE, CASP+ CE, CISA, CISSP (or Associate), GCED, GCIH, CCSP)
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience hosting applications in RH Enterprise Linux OS
• Experience with Scripting languages (e.g. Perl, Bash, etc.)
• You also will support ISSO and ISSEs in obtaining and maintaining system security certification and accreditation
• Must be willing to meet all customer requirements to facilitate a system installation at DoD facility.
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
• Excellent communication skills in technical, business, and client interactions
• Experience administering or architecting cloud-based environments
• Experience with any infrastructure management and provisioning tools (Satellite, Foreman)
• Experience with containerization
• Experience with Ticket tracking tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence)
• Experience building and configuring Virtual Machines (VMs)
• OS and Software application patching (e.g. IAVA, Version updates).
• Experience with virtualization such as VMware, Red Hat Virtualization, KVM or Hyper-V
• Experience with network attached storage (NAS) or equivalent shared storage systems.
• Experience with installing and configuring server hardware (HP, Dell)
• Experience with computer networks, with current relevant certification(s)

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$78,700 - $165,300
