Key Responsibilities as an HVAC Service Technician
Ability to diagnose, repair, service and optimize HVAC equipment.
Ability to communicate and discuss with clients the issues and solutions to their HVAC needs.
Ensure compliance with local and national HVAC codes and regulations
The capacity to learn and explain the benefits of upgrades such as IAQ and various HVAC technological upgrades as multi-speed blowers, motorized dampers, multiple zones, humidifiers, and thermostatics options.
Setting Leads for Free consultation for the replacement of home comfort systems
Tune-ups and performance of Membership Plans.
Recommending the benefits of Membership Plans and earning commissions on their enrollments.
