Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a meticulous Bookkeeper in Sterling, Virginia. The selected candidate will be primarily tasked with managing customer credit applications and maintaining precise records. This role also involves resolving customer inquiries and monitoring customer accounts with diligence.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure accurate and efficient processing of customer credit applications

• Maintain precise and up-to-date customer credit records

• Resolve customer inquiries in a timely and detail oriented manner

• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions when necessary

• Assist with month-end closing needs

• Perform account reconciliation tasks for accuracy

• Handle accounts payable invoicing

• Execute data entry tasks accurately

• Utilize Excel formulas and Viewpoint Vista software for various bookkeeping tasks. Requirements • Proficiency in Account Reconciliation

• Solid understanding of Accounts Payable (AP)

• Demonstrable experience in Bookkeeping

• Proficient in Data Entry

• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel

• Familiarity with Month End Close procedures

• Experience with Viewpoint Vista software

• Ability to use Excel Formulas effectively
