Notice of Result letters will not be sent to applicants who respond to this flyer. Responsibilities You will process and perform quality inspection of mass personnel actions. You will extract, manipulate, and distribute data from Human Resources (HR) systems and prepare a variety of HR reports. You will assist in account access and maintenance of various processes and lists, groups and/or permissions. You will maintain system access control records, databases and/or logs. You will assist customers in the use of automation and the most efficient use of various software by responding to inquiries and advise users of possible solutions. You will respond to operational problems that occur while using the various authorized computer hardware and/or HR software systems. You will answer routine questions regarding HR Information Systems, programs, processes, network availability and standard information technology protocols or policies. You will maintain inventory of information technology equipment and related supplies. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications GS-07: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-06 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: providing Human Resources Information System support to include compiling reports, monitor database access controls, and performing computer and software system troubleshooting for an organization. GS-05: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-04 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: assisting with troubleshooting problem requests for human resources computer and/or software systems; and assisting end users with hardware and software support. Education In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience: GS-05: Successful completion of at least four full academic years of education above high school or A combination of experience and education as described above that equates to one year of experience. Additional Information OCHR Operations has a current Telework policy, that, at a minimum, requires employees to physically report to the official worksite at least twice in each biweekly pay period. Note: All Telework Agreements are subject to approval at the discretion of the Supervisor based on mission requirements. Telework is not guaranteed.
