This is a job for a Help Desk Technician with a company located in the Stennis Space Center, MS area.
Job Summary: ECS is seeking a qualified Help Desk Technician to join our team.
Qualifications: AA Computer Science, Information Systems and a relevant NIST Standard IT security certification (or equivalent). Experience working in a Help Desk environment supporting MS Windows desktops, Red Hat Linux desktops, MS Office applications, basic network troubleshooting skills. Experience supporting network printing, applying software patches, and use/support of full disk encryption. Experience with the use and implementation of Help Desk management tools. Strong customer service skills. Ability to support 24x7x365 operations.
