Summary/Objective
The purpose of the position is to meet the financial objectives of the ownership and management, to protect the value and integrity of the real state, and to be responsive to all applicable government agency standards and requirements. Provide coordination of construction activities for the establishment of new manufactured houses in the community.
Essential Functions
• Professionally greet visitors, answer telephone calls, and return prospect emails professionally and in a timely manner
• Facilitate the setup of new/used homes on vacant lots
• Assist maintenance and sub-contractor personnel with specifications for remodeling home sales
• Ensure home turns/construction meet budgetary and quality expectations for the local market
• Solicit bids from subcontractors for site preparation activities for the placement of new manufactured homes
• Ensure that employee and resident moral is high and that communication among employees is maintained daily
• Maintain a professional demeanor and contribute to the positive image of the company at all times
• Special projects as assigned by the Regional Sales Manager
Required Education and Experience
• High school diploma or equivalent and professional knowledge of business discipline are required.
• Knowledge of Manufactured Housing Sales and Marketing normally acquired by three years of sales experience
Preferred Education and Experience
• College degree preferred but not required
