Description

Robert Half is looking for a billing analyst. Ideally this person would have experience with invoicing, balancing accounts, aging, working in a larger ERP as well as pivot tables & vlookups with excel. Manufacturing experience a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and streamline billing and collections processes.

• Manage the status of accounts and balances and identify inconsistencies.

• Handle monthly invoicing and direct payment processes.

• Review, post, and reconcile customer payments and transactions.

• Investigate and resolve any irregularities or inquiries.

• Generate and deliver relevant financial reports to the management.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve any billing discrepancies.

• Update client accounts based on payment or contact information gathered.

  Requirements

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Billing Analyst or a similar position in a Finance department.

• Solid understanding of billing and financial concepts.

• Strong knowledge of relevant accounting software, spreadsheets, and databases.

• Excellent data entry skills along with a knack for numbers.

• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
