The candidate must | | | be able to work effectively under | | | the leadership of a jobsite | | | manager. | | | | | | YOUR DAY-TO-DAY:(Reasonable | | | accommodations may be made to | | | enable individuals with | | | disabilities to perform the | | | essential functions of the job.) | | | | | | - Develop thorough | | | understanding of project | | | plans, specifications, and | | | schedules as related to work | | | assigned. | | | - Conduct tool box meetings and | | | communicate safety concerns, | | | work scope, plans, and | | | schedules. | | | - Plan and communicate with | | | warehouse, purchasing, and | | | supervisor to ensure an | | | adequate supply of tools, | | | materials, and equipment are | | | available. | | | - Inspect to ensure that | | | correct construction | | | procedures are followed, and | | | work is in compliance with | | | the plans and specifications. | | | Point out deficiencies, | | | explain, and take corrective | | | action. | | | - Monitor and report quantities | | | of work accomplished on a | | | daily/weekly basis. | | | - Develop weekly work plans and | | | monitor production. | | | - Perform other job-specific | | | duties and have basic | | | understanding of scheduling, | | | material control, and | | | productivity management | | | systems. | | | | | | WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM: | | | (Reasonable accommodations may be | | | made to enable individuals with | | | disabilities to perform the | | | essential functions of the job.) |
