Description We are presenting a short term contract employment opportunity for a Receptionist in Staten Island, New York. This role is in the industry where you will be tasked with a variety of responsibilities that will require a high level of organization and detail-orientation.

Responsibilities:

• Addressing and resolving customer inquiries efficiently

• Assisting with contracts, invoices, and proposals

• Performing data entry tasks with accuracy

• Handling a multi-line phone system and scheduling appointments

• Ensuring top-notch customer service at all times

• Managing email correspondence professionally

• Utilizing Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Outlook effectively

• Organizing files systematically

• Researching and updating pricing information

• Utilizing QuickBooks to maintain accurate customer credit records. Requirements • Proficiency in answering multi-line phone system.

• Strong customer service skills.

• Ability to perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.

• Experience in managing email correspondence professionally.

• Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with clients and colleagues.

• Proficient in using Microsoft Excel for data management and analysis.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook for managing emails, meetings, and calendars.

• Skilled in using Microsoft Word for document creation and editing.

• Experience in organizing files and maintaining a well-organized work environment.
