Job Description: As a Commercial Interior Painter, you will be responsible for preparing, painting, and finishing interior surfaces in commercial properties. You'll work on a variety of projects, including office buildings, retail stores, and other business spaces, ensuring a professional, high-quality finish that meets the client's needs and expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, patching, and priming.
- Apply paint, stain, and finishes to walls, ceilings, trim, doors, windows, and other interior surfaces.
- Mix and match paint colors and finishes to ensure proper consistency and coverage.
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment.
- Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Communicate with project managers and clients to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working order.
- Work efficiently and effectively, both independently and as part of a team.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a commercial interior painter or similar role (minimum of 2 years preferred).
- Strong knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and tools.
- Excellent attention to detail and precision.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various physical conditions.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
