DESCRIPTION OF WORK This Clerical Assistant 3 position provides clerical and administrative support to Fish Production Services (FPS) and Benner Spring State Fish Hatchery (SFH) staff. Professional duties include, but are not limited to, operation of the front office, coordinating schedules and travel requests, record keeping and reporting, word processing, and operation of the Benner Spring Research Library.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:
Full-time employment. Work hours are 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch. Salary: In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY QUALIFICATIONS Organization or Location Restrictions: This posting is restricted to Commonwealth employees only. Minimum Experience and Training Requirements: One year as a Clerical Assistant 2 (commonwealth title); or One year of moderately complex clerical experience; or An equivalent combination of experience and training.
